You’ll have a basket of onions,

, shallots and carrots, and maybe some celery and leeks (the ingredients of a mirepoix or soffritto). In the fridge you’ll have sweet peppers, chilis, tomatoes. Definitely a cauliflower, some broccoli/calabrese, and a piece of pumpkin or squash.

Hello everyone, Here's some soup I made tonight I'd been out visiting family and was hungry when I came home, so I opened a tin of chickpeas and blended 2/3 of them and then I gently fried some button mushrooms diced

Turmeric is very useful.
You can have 2 cloves raw

swallowed in empty stomach and 1 lemon with two glass of lukewarm water also with it. I shouldn't eat any thing for at least 30 mins after this. These are some tips which i am doing daily.

Pancakes stuffed with button chestnut mushrooms and Feta, GF. 🌮
I cooked red onions diced with button chestnut mushrooms and
garlic
and I seasoned with cumin, coriander and ginger and when they were cooked I spread a thick layer onto the pancakes rolled them and gently baked to let the Feta melt and the tanginess of the Feta complimented the filling just right.

Veggies baked in Feta sauce (goats milk) with Roast potatoes and baked tomato, 🍅 Gluten free.
I cooked veg including, white onion,
garlic
, green beans, chilli, mushrooms and chick peas. The sauce I made melting goats butter then added the quinoa flour mixing to a paste, then the goats milk and finally the goats cheese and some parsley and baked with some potatoes and vine tomatoes.
