IBS-C, fybogel, and dizziness - advice please :(
Has anyone else had worse symptoms when taking
fybogel
or is it an adjustment I should push through? I'm getting loads of discharge as well for the first time in a while, as well as yoyo-ing madly between over hydrated and dehydrated which is causing dizzy spells.

Laxative use.
This time I took
Fybogel
which did work - eventually. Just wondering what you would suggest.

idiopathic Constipation- Glycerin Suppositories
I have been trialled on other laxatives such as Laxido,
Fybogel
& Senna but these made me worse. If anyone has any feedback on the suppositories would be great to know. Thx

PHGG (Partially Hydrogenated Guar Gum) low FODMAP fibre for IBS
I have been trying it as an option to
Fybogel
(which seems to increase bloating). I'm gradually reducing the
Fybogel
with the aim of taking just the PHGG. So far the results are very good. It is available online although I don't think in UK stores.

Free T levels dropped since being on HRT - Oestradiol patches
Constipation - having to use
Fybogel
every day now. I’ve been on oestrogen only hrt since august of last year . Firstly the gel that you rub in. Then because of shortages I had to go onto patches.

Particular IBS symptoms
I've been on and off on
Fybogel
Mebverine and been on PPIs for years but have weaned myself off these: meds are not a long term solution and it's never helpful visiting a GP who just fobs you off with these.

Using fybogel.
Hi, does anyone use
fybogel
for slow transit of food also Docusate. Doc put me on both, had
fybogel
years ago, I'm aware
fybogel
can block you up,Docusate is a stool softener.

Fybogel (osmotic laxative) vs Laxido/Movicol (osmotic laxative) ?
Anyone got experience with
fybogel
and laxido/movicol for long term? With
fybogel
it seems it takes a while to get working (compared to 6+ hour for other types).

Undiagnosed 10+years, chronic fatigue, bowel issues, pelvic pain etc
As of recently, a NHS dietician had been in contact with me, upon her recommendation I tried
fybogel
which I couldn’t tolerate at all, it left me in crippling pain. I’m now back on laxido, on a gluten free, dairy free, mostly plant based shall I say diet.

Endometriosis
I have tried
Fybogel
, contraceptive pill, ibuprofen, paracetamol and I am currently on Dihydrocodeine as well. Any advice would be hugely appreciated as this is taking its toll on my relationship, work, family, friends and my mental health now too. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

T3/T4
I have tried many natural things to ease this (increasing fibre, prunes,
Fybogel
) but it keeps recurring. I am wondering if I should try and increase my t4 despite feeling well on this dose.
