I have been using fybogel for the last 2weeks but it has not helped stall anyone else found this

I've used this quite afew times it's really hit and miss it definitely dosnt get things moving quickly, I buy boots own brand suppositories they're really good.
Never worked for me just made me more bunged up x
Never did any good for me and I persevered for a good while with it on doctor advice years ago now. If anything it made me worse but I find I have to be really careful with fibre, as it seems to be a trigger for me(which is ridiculous when fibre is meant to be good for you).
I think it just sat in my gut and turned to concrete 🤣 along with the lactulose I was prescribed too was doubled up in pain . Fed up of being told to eat more fibre , drink water etc , wish it was that simple x

Yes I know, they make it sound so simple don't they? If fibre and water was the answer it would be great but it's not....when are they going to figure that out?! I don't go to doctor about my IBS now, haven't for years.
