Sick and tired
I'm 57, had anxiety and depression as long as I can remember. I'm so tired. I don't want to deal with it anymore. My family is tired of it so I don't talk about it. I have run my friends off in a big fight early this year. My boyfriend is sweet and tries to understand but doesn't get it. My doc wants

Can’t bear that CPAP mask - try a didgeridoo!
The articles that pop up when you’re not really looking. How about a didgeridoo to help with sleep apnoea? I wonder if other wind instruments might help. It’s an old one… https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1360393/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email

stressor after stressor
I went to the er last night because my heart rate was 153 and everything came back ok. They gave me medicine to lower my hr and sent me home. I’ve felt so anxious and my chest has been hurting ever since. I can’t seem to shake it. I just feel jittery and weird feeling under my ribs

Caffeine and Anxiety
I had an extra pot of coffee yesterday and noticed my anxiety was way worse than today, when I had only one cup. I did some research and see that there is a link between caffeine and anxiety/panic attacks. Does caffeine make your symptoms worse? I might have to stop consuming it altogether, or in

Belittling your Anxiety
I use to fear getting my anxiety attacks! Then something I read that has helped me over the years has been to belittle my Anxiety. Now, I have not fixed my problem but it did help. I used to hide that I had anxiety or intrusive thinking from everyone! Then I read a book that taught me to not

adult son with PTSD
My son is 28 and suffered sexual abuse at the age of 4, at the hands of his cousin who was 13 at the time. I didn’t find out about it until my son was 13. By then I was a single parent. I didn’t know what to do. Now, because I didn’t do the right thing then apparently, I am being blamed for my son -

panic attack
when I was first diagnosed with AF it was 15 years ago , I had had mitral valve repair in 2000. Effects of a bad flu and being largely ignored tipped me in to AF. It was a very scary journey then , with most doctors ((especially the women) deriding the condition as hysteria , panic attacks and middle

AF at night
hi, a brief history, I have Paroxysymal Attial fibrillation which started 2 and a half years ago. I had an ablation in December and since then I have had two episodes waking me up in the middle of the night which have lasted 40 and 20 minutes respectively and gone back into sinus rhythm without intervention

What cold med with Zoloft
Can anyone give me advice on what cold meds they use while on Zoloft? I have sinusitis and am used to taking Sudafed but just read that it may cause seratonin syndrome with Zoloft. What cold meds can I take with Zoloft? Thank you.

I'm posting this for a friend to hopefully find other people's symptoms whist taking: DELMOSART 27MG, XAGGITIN XL 18MG.
Hello everyone my friends son has autism and ADHD he is suffering a lot lately with his mental health. His medication has recently changed and he has become angry and has mood swings. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with these drugs either on there own or together. Bad and good side effects

I should be happy right now but I'm not
So I've struggled with major depressive disorder since 17 now I'm 28 yrs old. I've finally achieved getting my first apartment on my own. But in reality I'm a mess between my depression and my PTSD over flashbacks. I was previously married for 8 years to my ex husband. I cant stop going back to when
