1381 ng/dL total testosterone natural baseline
My total test is ~1400 ng/dL naturally but my SHBG is ~130 nmol/L which brings my free test to only ~120 pg/mL (~0.8% of my total T) with albumin at 4.7 g/dL I'm supplementing boron, magnesium, vitamin D3 +K2, zinc, eating bok choy and 50% calories from carbs , 200g protein, 4250-5000 calories daily

Advice on Calcium Supplements Please
Two years ago I fell and fractured my wrist. A follow up dexa scan revealed osteoporosis. I was automatically prescribed Alendronic Acid which I fortunately refused as my astute GP noticed a high level of calcium on my bloods (it would have actually been damaging to my bones) and referred me to en endocrinologist

My Deficiencies
Hi All, I've been struggling for last few months not because of blood sugar related issues but with some other deficiencies. It was a bit hard to find to what deficiencies I have. I was feeling very tired[particularly after taking food] for the past few months. I have had similar symptoms like this.

Vitamin K2
I bought this when I was prescribed D3 & calcium for osteopenia, I didn’t take it and just stuck with my vitaminD3 with K2 drops. I’m nearly out of my drops but was thinking of ordering some vitamin D3 and using these alongside as they were expensive. NRV is 267 )Any advice very welcome ☺️

I struggled with asthma during winter, I switched from fostair to clenil last 2 months 4 puffs a day 2 morning and 2 evening, I don't advice anyone to change to clenil, but my asthma maybe different, it response to fostair as well as clenil, so I changed to clenil because I think it safer to my body,

Free ebook of 300 pages:"Parkinson's here and now. 27 years searching for a cure for Parkinson's disease (1994-2021)."
This coming Monday (if everything goes as planned) I will publish on my blog "Parkinson's here and now" the link to a free book of about 250-300 pages and in printable pdf format, which collects the most interesting of the book I published in 2015 (now translated into English) as a tribute to my father

Vitamin D recommendation - Better You spray possibly causing headaches
I have been taking Better You for 3 years, and have got my dire level from 22 to 99. However, since this time, I have developed dreadful headaches several times a week (I hadn’t had one for years since stopping work to have children). I have had all sorts of tests and had an mri, but nothing has been

Alendronic acid tablets
Although I was diagnosed with PMR over a year ago I was not prescribed alendronic acid tablets until a month ago due to an oversight at the surgery However I have not responded well to these tablets at all with even worse reflux and mouth ulcers over the following 24 hours. I take 40mg of esomeprazole

Omeprazole/Lansoprazole
Hi, can anyone give me some advice please? I had been taking 30mg Lansoprazole since January, but it was causing terrible diarrhoea 3 or 4 times a day. This was automatically prescribed along with Predisolone, although I have absolutely no problems with my stomach or indigestion. I spoke with my GP yesterday

Measures against Covid 19.
The main problem with Covid is not the virus per se, it is the fact that so many people have serious health conditions and weak immune function. It is now known that 95% of those who die from Covid have serious underlying conditions and the other 5% are probably nowhere near optimum health. If most

If people knew... what Parkinson's is.
If people knew how hard, how very hard Parkinson's can be, it would help us spread this information. Okay, not all of it, but not even vitamin B9 to control the neurotoxic homocysteine, just the right amount of vitamin B6 in 10-25 mg per day as indicated in the levodopa prospectus, or vitamin D to prevent

Can anyone help me with blood results?
I hope someone can make some sense of my bloods as have just got off phone with Endo and been told they are perfect..... I do not believe they are and the main consideration is I feel dreadful. He says I am in fact overmedicated (Levo))which is certainly not true. My T4 has been on a downward trajectory

WHAT NOW? FOUR ACES TO BEAT PARKINSON'S...
There is enough space on a sheet of paper to summarise the revolution that is taking place in the world of Parkinson's, even if the information does not reach 99% of sufferers and their families. A revolution on paper, but not yet in real life. What some brave and compassionate neurologists advise

Recommended dose of Vitamin D3
Vitamin D I see in the discussion on Vitamin D many people seem to be taking massive doses. The recommended dose of D3 which I take together with calcium is 800 iu, which I believe is what the government is issuing. Mine is already prescribed I don’t have the link handy, but too much is shown to be
