Chest infection?
Long story short - I'm new to asthma (diagnosed last Autumn) but the type I've developed is difficult to control (on Montelukast, and
Fostair
100/6 x4 per day already, and suffered 2 attacks needing A&E in December).

Seretide 250 to fostair
So he decided to change my inhaler from seretide to
fostair
. I have a bit of an odd question for anyone that has been on both. When I take my seretide inhaler, it really speeds up my heart rate (which I know is normal). Does
fostair
do the same? Or is it less or more? Thanks in advance!

I’d do have severe allergic asthma (tree & grass pollen) & my meds are - Dymista, Fexofenadine 180x4(max dose if required),
Fostair
200/6, Alvesco 160(add on) Montelukast & ventolin as required.

New medication
My Asthma Nurse has changed my brown inhaler to a pink
Fostair
inhaler which I’ve been taking for the past couple of days. My symptoms aren’t better. Am I being impatient? Does it take time for an inhaler to build up before it will be effective? Thanks

Amniodorone
Fostair
inhaler, losartan potassium, bumetanide, amniodorone , warfarin. Since starting the amniodorone, prescribed by a registrar in my GPs, I have had swollen feet. It was given to bring my blood pressure down. Would it be o.k. to cut the dosage in half and see if that helps.

Antihistamines
I am also on
Fostair
200/6, montelukast, and spireva as well. These have helped with the cough, but the last week or so since I started taking the new stuff I have been waking up in the morning with a weird feeling in my chest. It feels like its brusied. Breathing is painful.

Asthma 'Newbie' - Help/Suggestions please!
I'm on
Fostair
100/6 up to 8 times a day and Ventolin. I've had the annoying asthma cough back for about 2-3 weeks now, and non stop wheezing (I find it quite embarrassing). Cough wakes me up during the night as well. Last week Peak Flow dropped to 300.

Just got Fostair 100/6
Hi I started on
Fostair
100/6 last week and have noticed something today thats worrying me about using it further. I haven't had a great appetite since using it (also down to some anxiety issues) and also my uvula has gotten longer too. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Hard to get proper breath
I am on
Fostair
200/6 - 6 puffs a day,along with loads of other meds, but I think it’s my
Fostair
that isn’t helping. My peak flow stays roughly the same 300-330 - which is good for me but I have a cough that won’t disappear & just feel like I can’t get a proper breath.

Fostair alternatives
I have been
fostair
for 3 years and find if I don't have a flare-up
Fostair
is fine but with a flare-up it does not seem to help control my symptoms.

DuoResp Spiromax for Fostair NEXThaler
Hi, I renewed my prescription yesterday and instead of my regular
Fostair
NEXThaler, I was given DuoResp Spiromax, due to the former being in short supply. Is this due to the current crisis or is it going to be a permanent thing?

Fostair
and ventolin as needed. Sats 96% peak flow 550 for a 67 yr old. Get this annoying tickle off and on back of throat when breathing thru mouth Just finished Prednisilone as gasps lately. On antihistamines. As I said so annoying. Please am I not alone with these symptoms.
