Hi all

I made 11 meals in total today, all low fodmap (I have IBS) and Vegan. I made 7 portions of Vegan Shepherd's Pie and 4 portions of Vegan Roasted Chickpea & Vegetable Bowl with Peanut Cream.

The freezer is looking full.

Hope you've all had a good day.

Thank you Mandy, they do taste good and they're both tried and tested recipes. Medication CD sounds good, very relaxing.

I love toast and porridge.

Thank you Jerry. I'm looking forward to eating it. The peanut one is very similar to Asian food.πŸŒˆπŸ‘

They look delicious πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Mike made home made burgers tonight, he does a lot of cooking and makes tea nearly every night!! He can't have onions and just a very tiny amount of garlic. He uses that powder that you suggested Alicia, is it called himp? He put too much in the first time and it made him unwell so now he uses the end of teaspoon now!!Love and hugs Lynne xxxx β€οΈπŸ’œ

Yes I used to make them a lot and the family used to love them, you know what's in them that way, I no longer eat them as I don't eat meat anymore.

That'll be Hing and you really do only need at very tiny amount, it's very potent. It's very easy to overuse as you would automatically treat it as another spice where you may need a full teaspoon. I bet he didn't like the taste either as the first time I used it I didn't use loads but more than I should have, not a nice flavour, how awful for him though to have suffered an upset tummy with it.

Hugs
