The only thing that worked for me...
After trying the

Hi.....
Any way.....I have just started to use the
FODMAP
diet. Only on it a couple of days. I am praying it will help at least with the uncontrollable, unexpected , unable to get to the toilet fast enough. I get no pain. Just some gurgling .....

Don't know what to eat anymore.
Just got
FODMAP
app looking into that. In Feb had a large polyp removed from lower colon which caused bleeding. Thank god not cancer. I really don't know what to eat anymore. Have bad pain high in stomach and back on right side. Like a knife cutting me. No gallstones. Any ideas what to eat.

Question about fruit on the low fodmap diet
Hi all, So there are about 10 fruits on the low
fodmap
diet app which contain 0 fodmaps. For example, oranges, strawberries and grapes are three of them. Now I'm a fairly big guy, so I need a lot to fill me.

A Procedure for RLS
I got about 70% relief from the
FODMAP
diet and the low chemical diet gave me close to 100%. Not as widely known as the
FODMAP
diet but it has been known to help some RLS People 5.8.

New to all this and feeling a little overwhelmed
I have been having lots of pains in my stomach for the last 3 months, the Dr has done loads of tests and come to the conclusion that it is IBS and recommended a low
FODMAP
diet.

Diet drinks
Hi, can any one recommend any drinks ( non alcohol ) that are suitable for a low
FODMAP
diet. When I go out in the evening I drink Diet Coke, which I am ok with but the caffeine tends to keep me awake. It is very difficult to find suitable drinks whilst out.

Lasting relief from the Low Chemical Diet
I adopted the
FODMAP
diet and got (say) 80% relief. Tried the Low Chemical diet and have had 100% relief when I have stuck to it. In both diets I have had trouble expanding the types of food I can eat but I think I am getting a reasonably healthy diet whilst adhering to the basic exclusion diet.

Painful IBS
I've tried the low
FODMAP
diet, but my symptoms did not really seem to be related to food. i've been retired for nearly 2 years and had hoped that not working and not having the stress that goes along with work would relieve my symptoms, but it doesn't seem to have helped any.

💡💡💡 from this 😩 to 😀
So so many posts on here, seems like a lot of people unaware of the
FODMAP
diet. Please please use the diet, it helps tremendously. I was in denial after diagnosis but once I got my head around it my life has changed dramatically.

Fodmap help
Previously I tried gulten free now I have been asked to try
Fodmap
. When should I see a difference if any? I'm on week 3. I've stuck by the diet and check on the Nhs app if I can eat it. The only change is my weight lost 0.5 stones since started. The reason I ask no change to the pain.
