Hi there,

I was advised to try it. The dietitian gave me booklets which were usefully but I decided to download an application on my phone. It was not free cost appox £5 but very useful when out shopping and eating out. Just look for FODMAP in your app store.

I recommend it.

It's a boring diet and it's a slog but very worth it. Keep a detailed food and symptom diary while you do it. You may still react to some things - I have reactions to both FODMAPS and non-FODMAPS foods. Good luck.
