Hi, check out the sugar content on the back of the pack (lactose is a sugar and that's what you're avoiding on FODMAPs), if it's round about 0.5g, that's okay to eat.

if at cool room temperature it's soft and manipulable it's not a hard cheese but hold on a sec while i check?

It's made from mozzarella cheese or should be! so not hard cheese but some i think will be just a processed muck like those squares so check packaging!

No. Not okay for low FODMAP at all. Too much lactose (the sugar of concern).

If you are looking for an easy to grab small packaged cheese, stick with the cheese sticks and cheese squares that are made of cheddar cheese. Swiss is also allowable as is Parmesan. Mozzarella is a soft cheese and thus not allowable.
