change in IBS symptoms

. But didn’t stop the diarrhoea completely. Over the last few months I’ve been trying prebiotics and probiotics not helped a great deal either. The last lot I tried I took for three months they seemed to help a bit but not massively.

New to this website and am looking for some advice :)
I have already tried going gluten and lactose free, it didn't make a difference, I have tried the
FODMAP
diet, it didn't make a difference. I just feel like I'm at a loss here. I have done everything the doctors have suggested but no matter what, my stomach reacts to everything.

unfinished business

Advice on my array of recommended supplements (per endocrinologist”s recommendations)
The Dr identified Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) so recommends considering a low
FODMAP
diet. They also recommend a lot of supplements, digestive enzymes, something to reduce inflammation, some referred to as natural antibiotics and many more.

soft, sticky stool which is hard to pass - any advice?
Despite avoiding my known food triggers (diary, high fat, eggs, chicken…), eating low
fodmap
, only drink water etc. I exercise also yet I am still having daily issues. I have endless gurgling, growling guts. Have upper issues such as excessive burping, a gnawing acidic feeling, awful nausea.

Treatment choice for ET
The
FODMAP
diet I'm on doesn't help that much, though it's still early days. I'm considering asking my specialist for an alternative drug...maybe peg interferon (tummy injection ). Should I go down this path or live with the ugly bloat?

So frustrated
I've been able to manage fairly well using the
FODMAP
diet and taking immodium as needed. However, just recently nothing seems to help much. Usually my system will clear within 72 hours if I've eaten something I shouldn't have.

What mint sweets are low fodmap and good? UK brands (IBS-C/Antibiotic use)
I was wondering, sometimes I get a bit nauseous due to constipation (I think? Correct me if I’m wrong). And I used to have Smints to relax me, as they’re very minty. Are there any brands or ideas please? Additionally, would love to know if you know of any good snack brands we can have? I do love a good

I use the
FODMAP
chart as a guide. Though I’m still hoping for a permanent solution but these steps helped me reduce the symptoms common with IBS.

Bloating relief
I'm looking seriously at the
FODMAP
list of foods to help control belly bulge. If anyone here has some tips or could point me in the right direction, I would be very appreciative. Enjoy your day!

Just need to have a rant about this horrendous condition 😡
I am also trying the
Fodmap
diet with little improvement. I feel like I am jealous of people who do not have this (or any other chronic condition) and can go about their daily life and get daily tasks done with ease.

What was left
Gluten free, lactose free and back on
fodmap
diet and a bowel health plus probiotic supplement, made from Kiwi fruit. Tasted nasty but I persevered. Nothing has worked and I have had numerous tests, probes and samples taken with gastrology.

IBS-D non medicated on medicine
I have tried an array of other medicines and dietary adjusts such as
FODMAP
, nerve relaxers and pepper mint oil tablets (sometimes I can smell the menthol when I’ve opened my bowels) I’m literally at my wits end and it’s making me suicidal.

Bloating
I have followed the
FODMAP
diet but this doesn't help with the bloating. I am obviously doing something wrong but can't seem to establish what. My question is on IBS do you normally get bloat free days. Also what can I do to assist with the bloating.
