No it’s not good to rant all the time it don’t help IBS but you have been told that before, instead of spending all the time you do ranting about the same issue over and over you might find it better to spend the time looking on the internet on NHS web sites about your issues and maybe get some stress management both will help with IBS

Sorry I did not say you were stupid but I can see by your reply it’s not worth my time to comment on your posts, I hope you find some way to sort things but somehow I don’t think it will be in the near future.

I am really sorry I didn't mean 2 upset you only I am the same as other people that we are in the same boat wading our own way through this nasty IBS and wish 4 a magical tablet and we could all get better and I didn't mean 2 offend you in any way shape or form having a bad day with it today so once again SORRY

You are letting your anxiety about your issues take over which is not helpful! Please get some counselling - you can self refer online instead of asking your GP. Just google self refer counselling and the county you live in and it should come up. On the online form say that you have general anxiety disorder (GAD) and you will get to speak on the phone to someone in the first instance who will then decide if you need face to face or telephone or even group counselling. If you prefer face to face, then you will need to explain how all these medical issues are affecting you both physically and mentally. In your shoes, it is what I would do, as you need someone who can look at the whole picture to advise and help you.
