New to this and scared
Hello everyone. I am brand new to any type of forum like this. I am overwhelmed and afraid. I don't want this (duh!) and I'm afraid it isn't going to get better, and yet, it HAS to, right? I need to trust my doctor, but that's hard. I know he isn't perfect and what works for one, doesn't work for

Need help/ advice weaning off meds
I have been taking 1mg of lorazepam for at least 4 years every single morning just to survive as a normal human in life and not have crippling anxiety. I have been on and off lorazepam since I was 19, but now that I’m my 30s, my anxiety is way worse and I feel more dependent on my meds. Recently I

Medications and Questions
I’ve been trying different antidepressants for about 15 years at this point. Currently on sertraline and bupropion with an emergency stash of lorazepam. Why is this not enough? When will it be enough? What even is enough? Is this as good as it gets? How will I ever know? Should I just settle?

Waves of panic attacks
My gosh. I have been going through this horrible sensation for 2 days now and it just wont stop. I have panic disorder and have been suffering panic attacks for years. For the past 4 years or so I've been on medication for the panic attacks. I was given clonazepam 1mg 2x per day. All seemed well for

High norepinephrine
I need advice on this. Ive has alot of blood testing done lately and want to know if anyone has had elevated norepinephrine levels. Doc says could be causing my high blood pressure. I dont take much anxiety meds anymore aside from lorazepam sometimes.

GM everyone. It is rainy here in Georgia. My dawgs are not fans of the rain. I wanna ask a question. Who suffers from panic attacks? What makes them panic attacks? Do you take meds? Do you suffer and strange symptoms during an attack? So, me 1st. 1. I suffer from them. On and off since 2013. My doc

Spasm/cramps upper abdomen
Which lead to breathlessness. My sats however are normal 97-99 (Bisoprolol keeping my heart down)! I’ve been in the hospital to get it checked several times when I’ve gone in for the SVT’s these last weeks and no one knows what it is. It’s possible it’s acid reflux, anxiety disorder, the Bisoprolol,

Has anyone else ever wondered about the oramorph and lorazepam which we are sometimes given. In both cases it says that you should not take it if you suffer from breathing difficulties and am wondering whether this is the reason I am feeling even more out of breath than usual this morning though I slept

What am I gonna do? Anyone with reactive tinnitus still listen to music?
I was looking at the questions on quora and a whole bunch of answered the question "is life worth living without music?" and MOST people have said things like "without music, life is dull it's like a sky without trees and stars " or "music is good for the soul" or "I'd die without music ". Most people
