Will you continue wearing a face mask after COVID-19 madness is over?
Arguments for wearing a face mask even if COVID-19 no longer exists: - respiratory illnesses are one of the main causes of death for CLL patients - and that includes
flu
, common cold and some kinds of pneumonia - all of which are somewhat blocked by a face mask - COV-SARS-2 vaccine may not work for some

Flu shot
I was advised by my rheumatologist to get the regular dose not the senior dose even though I am 75 yrs old. Just thought I'd share this.

Flu jab
I had my
flu
jab yesterday within minutes my tongue neck and cheek all on left side started going numb. This is similar to my symptoms of Angina. Never experienced this before after
flu
jab. Is this common reaction or unusual. It lasted about an hour.

Total thyroidectomy and the flu jab
I was under the impression that hypothyroidism is classed as a chronic illness and therefore I should be getting a
flu
jab. In these worrying times I want to do everything I can to protect myself.

Flu jab
I received a message from my gp today telling me I’m due my
flu
jab. And yesterday it popped up in the early morning in the House of Commons about the
flu
jab. Anyone else having theirs done? Does anyone think it even makes a difference?

Researchers reveal how genetic variations are linked to COVID-19 disease severity.
“Patients with COVID-19 display a wide array of clinical manifestations and degrees of severity, ranging from
flu

Immunological memory after SARS-CoV-2 infection recovery. *The welcome news we have been waiting for*
"These so-called memory T-cells after SARS-CoV-2 infection look similar to those after a real
flu
. We are therefore confident that the majority of people who have survived SARS-CoV-2 infection have some protection against re-infection with SARS-CoV-2," explains Dr.

I wondered if you have had trouble getting a

Skin pain driving me mad
Since having the
flu
jab everything has flared up. Hypersensitivity is awful on my legs. Feels like i am covered in sand and grit. I think I need to see a neurologist not a dermatologist. Any ideas out there please. I am 70 and i am going mad with this.

Flu Vaccination 2020
There appears to be some confusion regards the 2020
Flu
vaccination and the availability to different groups. Perhaps the following link will give some clarity. See official Government vaccine poster: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/

thyroid perioxidase (TPO)
I was told by a doctor at the A&E who I brought this up with (I initially went in due to palpationions and new onset of ectopics) and she explained that it could merely have been a coincidence to have those antibodies elevated as it can be caused by factors such as
flu
/colds.
