I wondered if you have had trouble getting a flu jab? We have heard stories of shortages and confusion at GP surgeries.
Thanks

Hi we have had no problem booking our flu jab but we always have it at the pharmacy very efficient and quick booked for sunday
Hello
Yes I believe they will be shortage of flu jabs because the Government is recommending that you get one this year because of c19.
I completely agree Hidden . I suspect that lots of people that haven't had one before will want one this year.
no more than usual. By that I mean the gp always fails to call my son to have his jab and I had to fight to get him on the list in the first place. In addition to LD, he has a muscle condition and asthma so he definitely qualifies, yet every year they text me to have mine (I have asthma) and not him.. and every year I chase it up and get him booked in. The asthma nurse doesn't understand why he is left off, she wants him to have the jab. I am on a real campaign to get him properly on the list as I wont always be here to make sure he has it.
We are booked to have ours this week. Bit nervous as there will be people, lots of them, which we have been avoiding. But we have decided it is better to have the jab than not.
My gp surgery rang to make appt for me to have flu vaccine. It is by appointment only to stagger the amount of people in the surgery at any one time.
No issues, But also good to not that if your in a household with a clinically vulnerable person your are eligible for a free flu vaccine this year.
