FET...it begins all over again!
Hi girls! Wow it’s been ages since I’ve put anything on here or since I’ve even last felt comfortable discussing my IVF/ICSE journey. So in the last 3 years, I’ve gone through a fresh cycle and a frozen cycle, both of which were unsuccessful. Then last year we went through a new fresh cycle but I had

High AMH but poor egg quality
Hi All. Just 2dp5dt from my second cycle. I only had one viable embryo at the end of the first cycle and was really disappointed that it was the same story this time. I collected 15 eggs, 9 fertilised but day 3 only 3 embryos and by day 5 only one was suitable for transfer and the others were graded

Coconut oil and MCT oil
Hi, does anyone have a view on the benefits or harm in consuming coconut oil and/or 100% MCT oil, both generally and with respect to NAFLD?

Advice please on Thyroid Blood Test Results
Hello, this is my first post and I'd really appreciate some help with my blood test results. I apologise in advance for the long post! I’ve had hypothyroidism symptoms for as long as I can remember. Reluctantly my GP agreed for me to try 25mg Levothyroxine about 6 years ago (I think to shut me up!)

I take Abilify and I know the drug helps me, but I'm gaining too much weight!!!!
I just bought some
fish
oil
capsules to try to help with that issue- and those
fish
oil
supplements are not cheap!!! But now I'm seriously wondering if I need to go off the Abilify because I don't want to eventually get diabetes or have heart issues.

Just an update....
I bought myself a lovely new oil burner. I've got lots of essential oils and am trying different ways to relax. I have been watching video clips today of Yoga for the wheelchair bound. Really informative and I think I've found a good lady to help me get started. So I'll let you know how I get on, should

Do health insurance cover IVF?
So me and my partner will have to go private since my FSH is 9.4 and in my area they ask for 8.something. My question is if by any chance insurance covers IVF? I have deep endometriosis so I'm not sure if I'd qualify. But I still want to shop around to see if that is an option. My FSH have decreased

Testosterone therapy to... LOWER testosterone production?
I know there is plenty of talk here about BAT and TRT and SPT (i.e., supra-physiological levels of testosterone) , but there is an aspect of getting high-T shots that sometimes gets mentioned without in-depth discussion. Namely, that high doses of exogenous T can serve to suppress the endogenous (testicular

2 very different protocols from 2 different london clinics - pls help
Hi All, I had 2 consultations with probably the best london clinics and struggling to choose which one to go for as they have said 2 very different things. I have very low amh 5.1 (june 2020), afc 5-6, and poor responder to drugs. Clinic 1 - said to do a fresh transfer, and that freezing was not suitable

Remedies for Parkinson's constipation
This subject comes up a lot, so I figured it would be useful to post our collective wisdom in one place as a reference. As usual – what works for one may not work for another. So members of our club are invited to also post your remedies in the comments.

Cod liver oil and Eliquis?
My eye doctor put me on cod liver oil capsules but I’ve heard they can thin the blood and I’m also on Eliquis. Any thoughts?

Prepping for round 3 - What questions should I ask following 2 failed cycles?
Vitamin-wise, I take COQ10, omega
fish
oil
, zinc, vitamin D and Folic Acid. I’ve considered DHEA but scared of side effects (my skin is already oily /prone to breakouts) - I may try a home blood test though in near future to see if it’s low (has anyone got experience of a home test for this?)
