Has anyone had a lumbar puncture?
Hello Everyone! I just had a lumbar puncture yesterday. Wondering if any of you have had it and what sort of after effects you have had? I haven't got the bad post lumbar headache (not yet at any rate!) but I have a sort of floaty head/dizziness and a deep band of lower back pain all across the back

Muscle pain from ADT
Five months into ADT, severe muscle pain has emerged. Since I have not had any pain for decades except from bicycle falls, I assume the pain is cancer related. Since the area of pain has moved once, from just beneath my shoulder on the back side to my upper arm, both on the left side, I assume it

Anti inflammatory pain killers
Last year I developed back and tendon issues with severe sciatica. Apart from a cortisone injection in my back that I had sourced privately the only help I received from GP and consultant was to take anti inflammatory pain killers like Ibruprofen, Namoxen etc. I took their advice against my better judgement

I am 47 years old and was never formally diagnosed with ADHD. My brother was as a child and I always thought I was also. When I was 28 I entered nursing school and for the first time I couldn’t half-ass my way through school, I had to really study. I found it difficult to concentrate and take in all
