I'm new here, but I'm 16 and I have been suffering from anorexia for the past 2 years
For the past two years, I've been in a cycle of losing weight, "recovering", relapsing and so on. It's been hell. I've also taken up the terrible habit of binge eating 1-2 times a week, where I'd eat around 5000 calories a day... maybe even more. It was in July that I was 108 pounds or 49 kgs when I

Hi Foks, I saw a lovely recipe for avocado soup with cream cheese and I was going to make some but wanted something more filling so baked some of my favourite veggies in a cream cheese and avocado sauce. I gently par cook all the veg: avocado, broccoli (tender stems), sweet potato onion, garlic, fennel

Resisting change
This weekend I've been visiting where I studied with my bestie from uni. It's been great and a real eye opener but it's also really helped my ED thoughts as my friend needs to eat at specific times. I appreciate how disordered my eating patterns have become so I'm making a conscious effort to follow

Veggie bake in coconut sauce,
Hi folks, this was supposed to be baked veggie's in a coconut milk and parsley sauce but I forgot to put the parsley in LOL. I made a béchamel sauce using coconut milk and GF flour, so this gluten free and vegan. I lightly cooked the veg in olive oil, I used sweet potato, red onion, fennel, garlic

Wonders of hypnotherapy
4 years ago I decided to try hypnotherapy to alleviate my anxiety and it failed miserably,so I gave it up after a month of trying. I’m giving it another try, this time with a different therapist and oh my lord it is amazing 😉. My anxiety levels have reduced since I started a week and half ago by 25
