Hot flashes in manly men ?

Boy, times I have to have a fan on me and I am hot when everyone is cold. I sweat like a pig so I can't wear a suit especially a tie. I walk my puppy and dress accordingly for the cold weather being careful not to wear a heavy coat but I get home soaked from the neck up.I can't go anywhere dressy for fear I will sweat badly. In the winter people laugh when i'm outside with a tee shirt.

Secondary or general hyperhidrosis can be caused by a number of diagnoses as well as medicines. You might be well-served to check out the site and to contact your primary care doctor or better yet, a dermatologist for some check-ups.

That is one of the suggestions in the site. (I had to log back in to edit and put in the url. And the list of medications is long and varied.
