I am sorry
Sorry I havent been on here since going to my appointment, I ended up going to sit in a river for a while, then lay on the bank and took loads of zopiclone, but then just woke up cold the next day. Then I went to bed, and have been there since. I am very sorry to cause people to worry. Emma

It's so not getting better
I've been feeling super anxious for the last past month. When i say super anxious I mean that it affects my life so much that I can't think of ANYTHING else. I'm so obsessed with my look that I don't want to go out at all. I sometimes force myself to get out of my flat and do something useful. This is

Propranolol
I've been cutting out my middle dose of propranolol for the last week. I've not slept well the last 3 nights despite taking my Zopiclone. Is this linked or coincidence? Don't have doc for another month yet so any wise words would be appreciated x

She’s Lost Control
I’d love to be able to write something upbeat, positive and …and….I can’t even think of the word that’s how it is for me, I’m out of control. I still haven’t found somewhere to move to despite the fact that we were supposed to be out of here but August the 8th. We have seen countless houses the ones

Been back to doctors...
Morning everyone, just got back from the docs, he has uped my dose of citalopram to 40mg and told me to stop taking the zopiclone at night, I think the zopiclone is causing palpatations when I wake up.

Home Sweet Home
The Flupentixol has kicked in thank goodness, I’m at least ticcing less but I still haven’t found somewhere to live, I’ve trailed around estate agents offices, ploughed through the internet, seen advert after advert reiterating the same mantra “NO PETS, NO SMOKERS, NO DSS” The cats and smokers are negotiable

I sent this reply to another member. As I could relate what they are going through. I thought it may be helpful to someone else x Here Is What I Replied To Them:- I can give you advice. I have been through exactly what you are describing. During height of my anxiety I hadn't slept for 8 days or

Mirtazapine. Anyone had experience of this?
Hi. At docs this morning to get some sleep meds since I've been wonderfully wide awake until the early hours for the past few weeks. She was happy to prescribe Zopiclone as she knows I take it responsibly (last pack lasted two years!) but suggested Mirtazapine, an anti dep, instead. She sung its praises

New on here - already helping me loads
Not quite sure how to start this but here goes, I guess its good for me to get it all out because I haven't talked to anyone else about how I feel apart from my GP, and I hope that someone else may read something that helps them, even if it is just knowing that someone else is thinking the same thing

Morning anxiety - lasting all day :( Please help!
Hi again Haven't posted for ages because I was beginning to feel better. THEN I started MBT (Mentalisation Based Therapy) I'd been referred for by my shrink. Since then I have felt terrible, truly awful -in a state of high anxiety much of the time. I wake with churning stomach and 'butterflies', feeling
