Why am I still feeling so unwell? (requesting feedback on latest labs please)
Hello all, I just got my latest lab results back and I am trying to figure out why I am still unwell (with severe fatigue, and apathy/depression as my main - and most troubling - symptoms). It's hard to describe but I also just feel very "out of sorts" and not like myself at all. I have a history of

Estrogen and Androgen Blockade for Advanced PCa.
New paper below [1]. Something of a curiosity, since many continue to deny that estrogen can be involved in PCa. Some may recall that I recommend a low-dose estradiol [E2] patch for bone health, if ADT brings E2 under 12 pg/mL - so a complete E2 blockade isn't a good idea. However: "Recently, estrogen

Thin endometrium - any solution?
Dear all, since I have started HRT for FET, my endometrium has gotten thinner (it was a nice 7.3mm before starting, a few months ago... sigh). The more estradiol I take, the thinner it gets!! :-O Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, did you find a solution, and what was it? (I am 43... 44 in two

Supraphysiologic Testosterone Therapy for PCa. BAT.
New paper below. Full text is available. It is a lengthy paper, so I have included only a few extracts. Note: AR = Androgen Receptor. I knew I would like the paper when I read that testosterone [T] had a "biphasic" effect on PCa. The word appears 19 times. I came across that claim 13 years ago,

Update after sacral lymph node surgery:
I was diagnosed with PCa 13 1/2 years ago, had a robotic RP 13 years ago, 5.2 pre-op PSA, post-op Gleason 4+4, T3a staging, negative margins, no adjuvant therapy, and a slowly rising PSA from 0.03 to 1.1 as of 6/2017. I have been trying to find a super sensitive scan that would locate PCa recurrence
