Hi folks 🤗I've been struggling with lupus symptoms since I had Covid in October last year. I've had an appt with my rheumy who has advised an increase in Methotrexate (I'm on 17.5mg weekly at the moment). He's also recommended that I try the injectable MTX. Rheumatology however don't prescribe for me

EXTREME bone pain with Neupogen injections, advise welcome!
Has anyone experienced extreme pain with Neupogen GCSF injections? My husband has received 2 out of 4 injections and is in agonizing bone pain. His specialist recommended a hot bath, Claritin, and Tylenol. I also have a heating pad on his back. Just wondering how long this will last and how he is going

Internet censorship?
Internet censorship of medical information? As I mentioned before, I had anaphylactic shock during first infusion with obinutuzumab, which does not appear to be uncommon. There was a man across from me in my last infusion group who had same reaction. Quick witted infusion nurse jabbed me with EpiPen

What do you think?
Hi. I joined this group because I really need help and advice on how to deal with my health issue and the fact I feel I am not being taken seriously. Throughout my life I've had periods of anxiety and depression, but have otherwise been pretty healthy all in all. About 4 or 5 years ago I began to notice

What side effects did you experience while on Epogen/procrit/Aranesp?
Hi all, I started the Aranesp finally which is injected every two weeks. The first dose a few weeks ago went ok. I had a headache for a day but that’s about it. I just had my second shot this past Thursday and got a migraine that woke me from my sleep within two days. That’s gone, but my body feels like

Calling UK tocilizumab or epipen users: How do you dispose of your self-injector? Who arranges it?
Someone on the Vasculitis forum is encountering difficulty - is expected to attend the hospital to be handed her self-injection medication because they claim there isn't a protocol for disposing of the needle.

PEG allergy, new to this and struggling with an allergist who doesn't know what PEG is?
Hi, I'm new to this after having a reaction to PEG in a shot. The allergist (it took me ages to find one in my area) assured me when I called that they could test and consult for PEG allergies, but opened the actual appointment by saying I was their first ever patient with this allergy-- and then went

Neupogen Injection During Doxetaxil Treatments.
Good morning Warriors: I had my first Docetaxel infusion 3 weeks ago. I had a bad reaction and was put in hospital for 5 days because of a low white blood cell count - 5 - and low sodium count of 119. I believe the reaction was because I could not eat for 3 days due to a severe case of acid reflux
