Been at this for over 6 years now, diagnosed at stage 4 and ever since on ADT, plus 6 cycles of Docetaxel, Abiraterone and Enzalutamide. Looks like its time for Cabazitaxel. My doctor is recommending that as the next treatment.
I'd like to know from those who have had both, how do the side effects compare?
I know that Cabazitaxel suppresses the marrow more and has less risk of neuropathy, but I'd like to know the "real world" experiences from those on the forum if I can.
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds!

Can't comment on Cabazataxel, but my 1st round on docetaxel left me severely neutropenic & took over a week to come back to normal level. For 2nd, I used Ziextenzo (biosimilar to Neulasta) 24 hrs after. One week blood work & WBCs were in normal range. For me, minimal bone pain.
