New combo treatment
Great find, thank you.
The exclusion criteria bothering me
"
Patients were excluded from the trial if they had any previous systemic treatment in the non-metastatic and metastatic setting; prior treatment second-generation androgen receptor inhibitors, PARP inhibitors, cyclophosphamide, or mitoxantrone for prostate cancer; or any history of disease progression after platinum-based chemotherapy within 6 months of the last dose.

Does it mean this combo is only applicable for crpc patients not having chemo, lu 177 and abi/xtandi - I think once someone becomes mcspc, these becomes quite standard. I think nmcspc is the target population for this drug
Please correct if my understanding is wrong, I will ve happier if i am wrong as I am mcspc
🙏
There are better experts in this forum to answer your question. How I understand it, 2nd generation hormone therapy was, among others, show stopper for this trial. Chemo only if applied in the last 6 months. But I can be wrong.
Being excluded from the trial doesn’t necessarily mean, that this combo wouldn’t work.
