Swinging heartrate

Hello. I have heart failure with low EF . I take Entresto (lowest dose) Cavidilol, Dapagliflozin.,

I took my blood pressure and heartrate yesterday as

I felt a bit woozy. Blood pressure was low….not unusual for me and my heart rate was swinging from 60s to 90s. This carried on for a couple of hours and then settled at normal. This morning I checked again and it’s still swinging…not quite so wildly.

Unfortunately I can’t have an Ed as I have no lymph nodes under my arms and there is a fear of infection.

Why does this always happen at the weekend when there is no GP. Cardiologist or anyone to ask for advice ?

So I’ve come here !

Is this something to worry about ? (It doesn’t take much nowadays!)

Hello :-)

Sorry there seemed to be no one on here to answer your concerns over the weekend and I really hope you have been able to speak to someone now during the week and have got the answers you need :-) x

Thank you for replying. I ended up going to A&E where they were very thorough. I am having a lot of ectopics apparently so my rhythm is very irregular. I am for the first time getting a bit breathless. Lungs clear. So I keep creeping along.. I am 80 so it’s better than the alternative..mostly !
