Results of my Holter shows the following Mean Heart Rate on 10mg Bisoprolol 56 bpm and Nocturnal sinus Bradycardia average 44 bpm.
Recording showed frequent multimorphic ventricular ectopics occuring as Singles, Couplets, Triplets, and runs of Ventricular Bigeminy However the overall Ventricular beat burden was 2.62 % compared to 6.9% in March 2019. I think that means approx just over 2000 Ectopics a day !!!

Although I am not on the same cocktail of drugs as you apart from Aspirin, Bisoprolol and Dapagliflozin, I thoroughly recommend Dapagliflozin. Since my HA 14 years ago I have been on the usual regime until 2 years ago, when following a bad Angina episode I was referred back to Cardiology and was recommended to take Dapagliflozin and honestly its the best I have felt in 14 years, I have not had a single Angina episode, my swollen feet and ankles have almost shrunk back to normal and have not had to use any GTN although I still carry it all the time. Dapagliflozin also removes excess sugars through your urine and you pee a bit more than usual and can also result in a Thrush infection in both sexes, but it is a small price to pay for the benefits.
