So my question to you out there in the big world ...... do you know of any PD patients who have not had any negative development on this disease and who take ELDEPRYL 10 mg daily? "selegiline hydrochlorine 10mg"

Currently has major problems with blood pressure as a Parkinson's patient and will start by removing Eldepryl. That said, am very grateful for all the experiences and tips on what I can expect from reactions by stopping taking Eldepryl.

It's the generic for Eldepryl. I haven't tried it yet, but it's about 1/3 of the cost.

I am on C/L 25/100 as needed (usually take it before a match for a boost), and mild doses of Amandatine (Symmetrel), Selegenine (Eldepryl) and Pramopexole (Mirapex), am and pm.

Has anyone heard of eldepryl (procythol) for rls. My gp told me about it but said to talk to the neurologist about it. Its given for Parkinsons

I had been taking Eldepryl for over 10 years, up to 2002. Other than taking that medication, I gave up my highly stressful job, immediately after diagnosis.

What I did to change my life, other than giving up my job, was to take a monotherapy of Eldepryl, start hard walking every second day for one hour each session and adopt a positive attitude towards my health problems.

There are three MAO-b medications available, Eldepryl, Azilect and Parkilyne. Parkyline is a generic and costs less than the others. John

hei I m wondering if anybody have experiense problems with high or low bloodpressure due to use of sinemeth or other ps medisine.Also if anybody have had problems with Ortostatisk hypotensjon (pressuredrop more than 20mmhg when riseing up) due to eldepryl?

Hello I*m from Norway and have problems with chestpain / tension:Have had parkinson for about 8 years now and my medication is 10mg eldepryl and 25/100 sinemeth 4xday. After stopping with Neupro (or any other dopamin agonists) my problem with chestpain is almost history.

I use Eldepryl and Requip and do a lot of different exersice. But for the last 3 months I have become very stiff and has strong pains in my lower back', hips and thighs. And I wonder : will the start of using levedopa reduce the pains ?
