Someone who has experience with quitting Eldepryl . Is particularly interested in whether anyone has experienced side effects in blood pressure. is very grateful for any tips.

Have used 10mg eldepryl for about 15 years now and have never understood why one should use this drug?

No studies that I have perceived have been able to prove any effect?

Currently has major problems with blood pressure as a Parkinson's patient and will start by removing Eldepryl.

That said, am very grateful for all the experiences and tips on what I can expect from reactions by stopping taking Eldepryl.

Hello, I take selegiline 5 mg per day. This and carbidopa/levodopa are the only “drugs” I take for PD. I keep selegeline in the regimen not only for the possible MOAB inhibitory factors (Which admittedly may not be much at only 5 mg), But for the Possibility that it may keep depression away due to the tiny amount of amphetamines that are created from it.
