R.TEST 3
Today I started the r test 3 the ecg machine is driving me nuts already an alarm keeps going off. This is because the cardiologist set a low and high heart rate atm mines low with high spikes but it's going below what the rates are set at it goes off if your heart rate stays to high or low for set amount

Afib and bradicardia
Thanks for much for everyone's help on the low heart rate. Yesterday I was Rushed to hospital by ambulance because my heart rate was so low I'm still in hospital now on a ECG machine and it keeps going really low and it's super high and all the alarms going up.

24hrs ecg
I posted lst week as GP done a ecg and they wanted to do another to compare. I had my other ecg done and they have said they want me to have a heart scan and wear a 24hr ecg monitor. On my Apple Watch my beats per min range between 40bmp and 188bmp I didn’t ask the GP any questions as I was in shock

Hi everyone, I've not posted for while but read posts everyday, you're such a supportive bunch. I was lucky enough to see my consultant last week, 8 weeks after my discharge with a diagnosis of myopericarditis, i thought it might be useful for som of you to know what he said.I really wanted reassurance

Reined in by rehab - what's going on?
Quick background - I had a large atrial septal defect diagnosed in December and have been referred for surgical closure, which should be in the next few months. I have had no symptoms from the ASD - been cycling, running and bootcamping, then skiing in January. Obviously my heart isn't 'normal' but

Heart murmur
I went to my GP on Friday because I have menopausal and thyroid symptoms, GP said I have a heart murmur. I am booked in for bloods and ECG this week, waiting for echo date. I guess, I just want to know how worried should I be?

palpitations when exercising - 200bpm
Has anyone suffered from heart palpitations when they exercise? I am 33, I would say I am pretty fit and health and have been running for years. Over the last 6 month I have been suffering with heart palpitations on some occasions when I run. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to when it happens, it

ECG readings using an Apple Watch
Hi everyone, I hope most of us are well a part from a few on here which are recovering :). I’ve recently noticed over the last couple of months (2-3months) a slight change in my ECGs. I have attached a reading from early hours of the morning last night when I was suddenly awoken with pain in my upper

Monday due to have exercise MRI
I had a heart attach 7.5 years ago. Now having had an episode of severe chest pain and a two night hospital stay - no troponin increase or iffy ecg, I’ve got to have a stress MRY on Monday and I’m absolutely terrified. Has anyone on here had one?

Hypothyroid Disease, High Cortisol, Palpitations, and Angina- a pattern of longterm decline
I've had Hashimotos Thyroid Disease since 2007. I was feeling good having got myself on a hormone regime which was making me feel energised and pretty free of symptoms. With this new found optimism I set about losing weight and getting fit. Over a year I lost 8 kg and was doing daily HIT and resistance
