I need some sort of help to balance my symptoms

I have just been diagnosed with endey belly and the pains are severe along with mood swings ect.what do you ladies take to help with control please.x

With the symptoms you mention, I'd really recommend you consider working with a qualified nutritional therapist who can take a deep dive into your health concerns, eating habits and lifestyle. What works for one person may not work for another, which is why such personalised advice is invaluable. Find one who specialises in endometriosis at bant.org.uk - many will offer a free initial consultation, although to give proper support they would really need to look at and analyse a food diary.

If this isn't an option, then it's well worth taking a look at a book by Dian Shepperson Mills and Michael Vernon 'Endometriosis: A Key to Healing Through Nutrition'.
