Sorbolene Lotion experience and my RLS
I was prescribed Sorbolene Lotion for my lower legs for dry skin - had very bad dry skin that was basically permanent. Anyway, I found that my restless legs disappeared after applying the cream. The cream is essentially just a moisturiser - says it has glycerine and vitamin E in it. I was applying it

Mums progression
Evening everyone, My mum was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver back in Feb, she has had numerous stays in hospital in that time due to Ascites and problems after taking her diuretics (problem with low sodium), we managed to get her home for around 8 weeks and in that time she slowly started to pick

Can't use Panpharma 😫
Although I'm prescribed B12 ampoules via my gp, I can only use certain brands without agonising stinging and burning. My local pharmacy hasn't been able to source anything for over a month. It's the added sodium acrylate that I react to. Decided to order online and I thought I'd thoroughly researched

High blood pressure
As well as Tzc, I am taking 5mg pred, 10mg amitryptiline, naproxen, lanzoprazole, risendronate sodium, calcium and vit D. Could any of these be the culprit for high blood pressure rather than Tocilizumab injections?

Sodium intake.
With a norm of 136.0-151.0, my sodium is 127 mmol/l, which means that it is below the norm. With a norm of 3.5-5.6 potassium, it is 5.7, which is above the norm. Does anyone here have this? Should I increase my sodium intake? Besides atrial fibrillation, I also have stage 3b chronic renal failure.

Advice needed please about liquid Levothyroxine side effects
Hello, I wrote a post about a month ago saying my adult son was unable to get liquid levothyroxine as it was out of stock. He was taking the brill Pharma brand and tolerated it really well. The chemist managed to source Teva liquid levothyroxine three weeks after we asked for a repeat prescription

Is it OK to take hydrolytes when you have PMR?
We live in Cyprus and are currently going through a heatwave with temperatures reaching 40C. I've had PMR since August 2020 and have been on 7.5mg of prednisolone since October 2020. In the past I've taken hydrolytes in very hot weather as I suffer badly from head sweating. Strangely enough, nowhere
