Endocrinologist wants me to taper faster
I also got my baseline morning cortisol, ACTH and
DHEA
tested, and they were all in the normal range. So she says my adrenals have already started coming back on line. And as such, she wants me to taper much faster than advocated here.

melatonin advice for ivf please
so I’ve brought melatonin 5mg from biovea online (I’m in the uk.) I’m hoping to use the supplements to improve egg maturity. (My dheas and testosterone levels are already near optimal levels and I still continuously retrieve a poor number of mature eggs.) This is my very last cycle and I’m now desperate

Has anyone tried Energy Multi-Plex? It has a little 3-acetyl-7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone (from DHEA) and is available over here...
I'll add the contents underneath, quite surprised to come across it over here as I thought
DHEA
was banned or class C controlled? Interesting study link below also

foods to eat for longevity
So get your vitamin D3 levels checked in and you know, just do it a couple of times and you know, if you’re in the range or not and most people need about 2000 to 5000 I use daily of of D3 then I’m a big fan fish oil taking a thousand milligrams of EPA and
DHEA
daily and then take some sort of the flavonoid

Thyroid Glandular not helping T3 levels
My adrenals have stabilised with the supplementation and
DHEA
- no anxiety any more so I am hoping I will be able to tolerate T3 now.

Eggs collected vs eggs fertilised
I had my final EC yesterday after taking
DHEA
& CoEnzyme Q10 for 3 months and we managed to get 26 eggs (quite a difference as we only got 8 eggs last time) however I had the fertilisation call today and 19 were injected but only 9 have fertilised. Last time out of the 8, we had 7 fertilise.

Things that made a difference...
DHEA
. Jumped up my egg numbers threefold. Don't be scared it will "fry your eggs". My testosterone went through the roof, but doctor said "that's what happens". And my eggs were much better quality too. 5. Prednisolone. I did IVIG too.

Hashimotos - understanding latest blood test results - any advice for next steps?
Hi all, my partner (44F) has been struggling with hypothyroid / possible PCOS symptoms for ~18 months (thinning hair all over, some hirsutism and weight gain). She was diagnosed with Hashimotos in October 2022. We have been trying an approach to tackle both the thyroid issues and the hyperandrogenism
