Possible DNA fragmentation issue
After our 1st fresh transfer that failed, the doctor suggested that because the eggs fertilised well but slowly developed, it could be an issue with high fragmentation sperm (knowing that I have a low AMH for my age but managed to increase eggs number and maturity with
DHEA
).

My doctor told me to increase the estradiol and switch from cyclical to continuous progesterone, and prescribed
DHEA
(20 mg/daily) to raise T levels as she said using T gel is tricky to use in women and can easily lead to having too much T.

I was just interested to hear of people’s experience with
DHEA

12dpo feeling down waiting to do donor ivf later in the year
Now I have added
DHEA
to the mix. I hope all these supplements will somehow help me conceive. At the same time I am also worried that I am taking too many different things. I am planning to go abroad for donor ivf in August if all the travel restrictions are lifted by then.

Can you please help to understand my Cortisol salivary test? Im feeling completely exhausted even at waking. Also taking DHEA
As an additional info: i have been taking
DHEA
3 times 25 mg each day due to IVF to increase egg quality but I was off taking it 72 hours prior taking salivary test as recommended on STTM site. I was also officially diagnosed with Hashimoto a week ago.

How to fix the Adrenals?
I am considering a new cortisol test, last year's was low morning cortisol and low normal
dhea
. Private doc looked at it and said my cortisol would have been even lower if I hadn't been using natural progesterone. So here lies my problem.

I feel slightly cursed: steroids, COVID and our last embryo...
Last August, after the last round of IVF we PGSed all the embryos we had (seven) to find out that only one is genetically healthy (it was generated after I took
DHEA
for four months).

Supplement Advice
On reading some information online I have bought the following: * omega 3 fish oil *
DHEA
hormone balance capsules * Coenzymated B2 * Co-Q10 I would be grateful if anyone has been in a similar situation and has taken any of these if you could share some benefits with me.

DHEA ? Yea or Nay
Just saw a video how
DHEA
is contributing to testosterone levels and how it can be out of balance when under stress. Also it was mentioned to NOT self prescribe. Tbh I do not know my ovarian reserve numbers so am wondering: 1: do you take
DHEA
, self prescribed or on doctors advice?
