Adrenal testing
Hello, I’m about to buy an adrenal saliva test, I’ve had
Dhea
recently and it was fine so not looking to spend the extra. I had the labrix around a week ago but I didn’t feel the saliva results matched my symptoms or previous testing. Is medichecks the best for this ?

DHEA and coq10 for men??
I’ve also read that coq10 and
DHEA
can help men. Does anyone have any experience with giving these to men? Thanks Joy

I won the lottery!?😂😂 Final results/updates 🎉🥳
I added
DHEA
and Ovusitol in the mix 🤭 (and I have a beautiful black moustache now🥴😂😂) Ps: the embryologist used my husband fresh sperm to inject the embryos and he was still recovering from COVID 🤔🤷♀️ His sense of smell is still not back after one month since he tested positive...

Hi everyone
Was just wondering if you can take pregnenolone as this is supposed to help with arthritis or
DHEA
whilst on thyroxine. I am menopausal at the moment and read that these are the natural way and can help instead of HRT

Stop all supplements now?
One cycle I took
dhea
/ubiquinol right up to egg recovery & had my worst cycle so I think I may have to stop just in case that affected my results.

Response from nhs endo - what do I do now?
It also rattled on at length about my low
DHEA
and a Cochrane review from 2015 which stated that replacing
DHEA
was negligible in increasing my hormone levels to optimal, and that my low level is a ‘normal state of affairs’ for my age.

DHEA side effects 😒
I started to take
DHEA
for almost a month now to increase my egg quality, on doctors advice. Last week I noticed some side effects like facial hair growth and greasy hair. Now I don’t know what to do, shall I go ahead or shall I stop? I don’t want to end up with a moustache like a man🥴.

Anyone got any DHEA I could purchase?
Hey everyone, I’ve just been told today that I can restart IVF however I was recently advised by my consultant to start taking
DHEA
25mg 3 x per day for at least 8 weeks prior to my next cycle. I ordered the
DHEA
from Biovea in the US and there is no sign of it arriving.

Advice on my bloods and plan please?
I also have an MECFS diagnosis, and delayed cortisol production in the mornings (
DHEA
is fine). I was vit D deficient but now normal. 1. GP will not treat, and wants to re-test in three months time to confirm whether treatment is appropriate. 2.

Cortisol results and using adrenal support
My cortisol and
DHEA
Test results are attached. I’ve been unable to access medical help since lockdown and am now suffering quite severe qol problems. I figure there’s nothing to lose by trying an adrenal support product and would be really grateful for any help.

Adrenal Woes
DHEA
normal (31% through range) but cortisol levels all pretty low. I’m supposed to have a second endo consultation in August (the first one was by phone) but don’t want to wait that long so am trying Adrenavive 1, before breakfast and at noon only.

Looking for a T3 friendly endo
I would like to get this checked out with a sympathetic consultant, I would also like to get other hormones brought into line too as oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone and
DHEA
were all very low when last checked. If you know anyone please pm me I live in SE England but can travel.
