Should I try T replacement again?
My new doctor suggests I could try
DHEA
, but I've read conflicting things about whether it raises T levels or not.

DHEA FOR LOW AMH
Does
DHEA
really helps with low ovarian reserve? My AMH is 3.9. Do you need to consult with the clinician prior using it and any blood tests need to be done ? Is it safe to use? Is it also recommended for men for sperm motility ? Regards, Xx

Gut Bacteria again.
On page 216 of this issue, Pernigoni et al. (1) show that gut commensal bacteria that are able to synthesize the sex hormone precursor dehydroepiandrosterone (
DHEA
) and testosterone increase in patients and mice with CRPC and prevent complete suppression of androgens during ADT.

What are the essential things to do before I start T3 ?
So I was hoping if you could let me know your thoughts on this and if you agree, I was looking at Regenerus ‘Adrenal Function 5’ saliva test, which includes 4 point cortisol and
DHEA
.

LOTS of interesting labs!
Additionally, if my Testosterone is so high, then why is my
DHEA
so low? I am a 21yo male and I started taking Armour Thyroid in February 2020. Dates are on all the labs so you’ll be able to see the trends before and after thyroid hormone replacement started. Thanks!

Round 2 heartbreaking egg collection...
I took
DHEA
, Ubiquinol, prenatal vitamins, probiotic the lot... and this was the result - no eggs. Has this happened to anyone? Can anyone help with what could have gone wrong? Or am I just not producing viable eggs any longer and should really give up?

Osteoporosis
Despite a couple of readings not quite right, low
DHEA
, high SBGH, low Vit D, no other issues were apparent. As I had been on a restricted diet for 10 years due to food intolerance of gluten, lactose, fructose, candida and a few others, looked like I was not getting enough nutrition.
