Where can I buy Pregnenolone & Prednisolone privately in the UK?
The last ones (back in 2010) were all way, way out of normal, so basically at the Exhaustion stage with
DHEA
and Corstisol worryingly low. I saw Dr Peatfield years ago & tried the Nutri Adrenal Extra route (and reduced my thyroxine etc) but I don't think they were strong enough for me.

Hashimoto and Addisons - question about Hashimoto
I think
DHEA
hormon replacement therapy would really help me but Endocrinologist does not want me start taking

Back on the DHEA
Well today I have gone back on the
DHEA
for 12 weeks before we have one last cycle (self funding) using my own eggs. Last time I only took it for 4 weeks and had a massive improvement, so going to take it for a full 3 months then do one last cycle.

Review Appointment Tomorrow - Eeek! Preparation help needed!
•Should I take Aspirin/Heparin/
DHEA
? •How often will I need to visit the clinic (impact on work – stress) •Is it possible to arrange to have scans/tests anywhere closer to home/work? •If this treatment doesn’t work, what next and how soon?

After a one time failed natural IVF cycle we have been told at the age of 44 to not waste any more money & consider donor egg.we are going to take a few months & some councelling to consider this so someone suggested why don't I take
DHEA
in the mean time & just see if a miracle occurs!

Supplements
I've read that co-q10 can also be helpful and
DHEA
especially for older women like myself. I want to do the best I can to help my chances but I don't want to take anything that could harm or hinder the process.

Question Time.....Again (Sorry) T4, Myxedema and the rest!
Hello wonderful people of HU, I am sorry to yet again be posting another search for info, I hope one day to be a contributor but alas, I am still feeling very unwell. I've tried to speak to my doctor about all this and the line is usually - eat less/exercise more as its all down to my recent weight

interesting article on low cortisol and what to do about it
I found this article about low cortisol both interesting and unconventional, in that it advocates high doses of HC (40-60 mg daily) in persons taking
DHEA
and thyroid hormone. I have read about Plenadren, but I have no idea if it's readily available yet.

Is it worth taking
DHEA
or Nurti Adrenal Extra or is it just one of those things? One reason could be that due to fatigue, I had to get up specially to do the 6-8am sample.
