Break from IVF & supplements
Up until now I had been taking enough supplements to make me rattle:
dhea
, ubiquinol, baby aspirin, vit D, vit E, omega 3, pregnacare, Vit B, maca and royal jelly 🤦‍♀️ I really can’t face the idea of taking them everyday as it’s a reminder of what we’ve been through and what didn’t work.

Pregnenolone
I was on
DHEA
25 mg a day which brought it up from 15 but unfortunately was too much for me got acne, headaches, insomnia and became aggressive. However I did feel better in terms of the weakness I have suffered with for 18 months. Reduced
DHEA
to 25mg twice a week but weakness came back.

Is DHEA safe to take?
DHEA
keeps coming up in others’ posts but a quick bit of googling scared me due to the potential side effects. Does anyone know if it’s safe to take or if you should only take it if advises by your doctor?

Low libido and normal testosterone?
I’ve heard people talk about
DHEA
levels and I’m not sure if that could be it? I just want to leave no stone unturned before seeing the endocrinologist and have her test everything that could be effecting me. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome...
