And frightened, due to start my single women journey IUI, next month. Had all tests scans etc, my AMH is 10.45 pmol should I be worried and start taking DHEA, I am taking folic acid, pineapple enzyme, CoQ10 etc, please can some people reach out to me who are in a similar situation (IUI) age etc.... I feel so alone at the moment as I am doing this all privately in

Southampton and my Consultant hasn’t mentioned to take anything....... please help

When will you start the down reg? Dhea is still officially unproven so they would not necessarily mention it to you. However you could ask them. Usually it is recommended to take for 3 months before treatment. It is supposed to make the eggs stronger / better. Have you had any follicle counts? Wishing you all the very best.

Sounds good, I don’t have any fertility issues that I know of, just dating someone ridiculously older than me who doesn’t want kids. I don’t want to go down the whole dating thing as basically do not want a man, or father, plus it takes too long to find Mr Right. Anyway I have him but I respect his choice, he has been there done that, Wanna do it on my own.... and he supports me, but he won’t play a father, more uncle.... lol tad mad I know.
