I have very low DHEA 23 range 40-290 and my cortisol is borderline too high 19.6 range 8.5-19.8

I am suffering with severe weakness and exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, depression.

I am on T4/T3 for underactive thyroid.

Suggestions would be welcomed.

I don't know of a book but Dr Myhill's website has articles on adrenal test results.

You would seem to fit number 4 here
