Can someone please help me interpret results of recent DUTCH test?

Main reason for test: signs of low cortisol in the morning but problems falling asleep at night without melatonin. I don’t take any adrenal supplements. I have been on thyroid hormone replacement since 2000 (Hashimotis’s diagnosis). I used to feel good on NDT but lately have struggled to tolerate T3, but I feel hypo on levo only. A 24 h saliva test from the same provider in 2022 showed above range cortisol throughout the day.
