Does anyone do Basel body temps?
My FT3 is in the optimal zone on NDT Armour but I’m still getting low basel body temps. Early this cycle I had some 36.7s, from day 10 I’ve been getting 36.3/36.4 even up to date 18. (Usually temp increases in luteal phase from ovulation though it’s possible at 50yo I’m not ovulating anymore.)
I had a fantastic 6 weeks on this dose then it dipped a little.
I’m doing 3 days per week on 1 1/2 grains and 4 days per week on 1 1/4 grain.
Previous dose was 1 1/2 grains daily and FT3 went over range and I was ‘over cooked.’
Are the basel body temps a sign I need a little more or should I discount because it’s in luteal phase.
