Immune deficency and thyroid medications

Hello All, I am wanting to here from people who a immune deficency, I got mine thanks to radioactive iodine treatment along with MGUS and hypothyroid. I have low igg, i am not tolerating ndt or levo or t3 , life is super stressful. I can only get compounded ndt in Australia which has my levels bouncing all over the shop. I just want to know if anyone else here has low immune and what helped with the thyroid.

Is your doctor dosing by the TSH?

No I can't tolerate increases in ndt that's the problem

Are your nutrients optiimal? Have you had your cortisol tested?

My cortisol previously was sky high in the morning, I can't tolerate any of those herbs, I'm taking nb12 b1 b6 foliate d3 &k

DHEA has brought down my v high cortisol ( from saliva test not blood)

What herbs?

Are you taking magnesium? Vit D won't do you much good without magnesium. How's your ferritin?
