I appreciate this may be trivial in the face of other posts on here but I'd appreciate any thoughts you may have. I take statins & Clopidogrel following a slight stroke 10 years ago. My dentists have advised I should keep taking both ahead of having 2 teeth out. They will apply stitches at the removal

I did see a lady on youtube whose son needed a lung transplant for GPA and he flared up after having dental treatment and he was on a ventilator and she though the dental treatment caused the GPA flare. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello all. I have to have a back molar extracted tomorrow and apparently there is a non-emerged wisdom tooth underneath. I don't know if the dentist plans to remove the wisdom tooth or not. Just has some dental treatment this week and thought I was doing okay after it but now feeling the effects. Why does dental treatment do that? I made sure to ensure I didn't have adrenal in local aneasthetic, checked I wasn't sensitive to the ingredients in the filling. Ah well.
