New Blood Results after changing from Levothyroxine to Armour
Hi Everyone, 8 weeks ago I changed from Levothyroxine (75/100 alternate days) to 1 grain of Armour a day (0.5 grain twice a day). I've got updated blood test results and wondering for any opinions on them. I've submitted them to the Functional Practitioner, but I'm very grateful for wider knowledgeable

NHS results of blood test
Well, my GP agreed to a blood test for Vit D, Folate, Vit B12 and TSH. I stopped all supplements one week before and didn't take levo that morning until immediately after the test and had breakfast when I got home. I was a bit confused as the TSH result from Blue Horizon was 9.30 then a few days later

Very high LFT results
Hi, I’m new here. I’ve been worried sick since I got my blood test results last week. GGT was 310 and ALT 185 Also something called C reactive protein was 6. This was after I went to the GP with some epigastric pain and over a two day period. The episode was exactly like a gallstone attack and the pain

Do I have a thyroid problem?
Hi all, I have no idea if I have a thyroid problem, but I think I do. I have been struggling to conceive and whenI have I have suffered miscarriages. I also noticed 3 years ago a small goitre in my neck. I had tests done in the summer as I spoke with my GP about being tired and my neck and my fertility

What is the worst advice you've ever been given by people? (humorous)
I was thinking the other day that one of the WORST THINGS about having advanced stage cancer isn't the medicine, isn't the personal struggle, I do admit it does break my heart when people feel bad for me because I hate seeing others I care about in personal pain... but that's not funny haha. The worst

Hi... I'm constantly on here reading and applying ideas on how to get the best out of my thyroxine.. I was diagnosed 2yrs ago with hypothyroidism after being ill for years. After a full year of tweaking my doctor and I settled on 125mg dose everyday. September 2019 Serum free T4 18.6 TSH 0.32

Low free T3, T4, rT3 - advice needed please?
Hi, please could someone offer some advice on how I can improve my T3, T4 rT3? I was suffering from a virus (not Covid) over the summer and since then my white blood count (immune system) has been low but is starting to build back to again slowly. I also didn’t have a period for 5 months in that time

Crp and Hashimotos
Hi, I’m interested in what would be considered a normal level of crp - c reactive protein level in people who have Hashimotos. Figure it would be much higher then the normal range. My doctor refuses to test my levels but I want to know what my inflammation level is. I have been hospitalised in the past

Hello I am new here. I have longstanding CFS/ME and Osteoporosis. I have been prescribed Prolia and wonder if I am out of options.
Hello all! I am female, nearly 70, in the last 20 years I have developed multiple allergies and intolerances, so my diet is quite limited. I take D3, B12 in a spray, and try to incorporate calcium in my food, eg tahini. Vitamin C with plenty of lemon juice. I have never smoked and can't drink alcohol

Results : Organic Acid Test (OAT) from Great Plains Laboratory.
I wanted to share the details of the results for my mother, based on Urine test . Hopefully, this will help a few on this forum. I am only indicating the High/Low items in the report. The remaining ( of the total of 77 items) were within the Ref. Range. See attached sample report from their website

Too many corkscrew hairs on scalp
Does anyone else have an excessive amount of corkscrew hairs on the top of their hair? It's really weird but apparently it's a vitamin C deficiency. Im not sure.
