Don't want to go back on the pill/more surgeries! Deep infiltrating endo on bowel and uterine polyp removed recently for heavy bleeding.
I am 45 years old, had a laparoscopy excision surgery to remove multiple chocolate
cysts
on my ovaries when I was 28. Been on the pill ever since until 4 months ago.

Hysteroscopy - general anaesthetic?
Whilst in hospital they discovered reoccurrence of
cysts
on both ovaries , I have a huge fibroid which is 10cm it used to be 14cm (they got it down to 4cm with prostap but it’s grew back in the last year) it was suggested a hysterectomy would be the best way forward eventually due to a lot of gynae

Is surgery usually the only option?
Hi, I have a history of Endo and possible Adenomyosis - previously had
cysts
and lesions removed during laparoscopy (not sure if it was ablation or excision - it was over 10 years ago & I was quite uninformed at the time).

potential endo diagnosis
My dr was concerned about appendix, ectopic pregnancy,
cysts
or potential bowel issues as Crohn’s disease is in my family. The pain continued and worsened, lasting over a month and went from diahorrea to constipation.

Functional ovarian cyst and Frozen embryo cycles
Hi all I just wondered whether any of you had issues with functional
cysts
and how your clinic dealt with them regarding frozen embryo cycles, did they make you wait until the cyst had gone away? I have had an ovarian cyst and either no period or odd heavy awful periods for the last 7 months.

Missing Kidney
A year ago, I had two kidney with one or two
cysts
. Of course, these new results has me worried. What happened to my kidney? I am going for a special kidney sonogram in a few days and hope I find out something positive.

Second opinion
He wouldn't really say what would happen if I had more
cysts
, because my original surgeon said they wouldn't operate again in case it damages the ovaries. So what happens to these
cysts
? *It was a chocolate cyst btw

not uncommon for me. Was this cyst a follicle all along ? Who knows ?! I was also told my progesterone would be too high for fresh transfer ?

Has anyone not been diagnosed after first laparoscopy but diagnosed later?
When I had my TV ultrasound, all they found was a couple of ovarian
cysts
. So I was recommended to go for a laparoscopy, my surgeon found adhesions all over my bowel and my bowel had been pulled out of place.

The other ovary has
cysts
.. I have omental caking, pleural effusion and enlarged lymph nodes. I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has had a similar diagnosis and can maybe give me some hope. I was diagnosed in April and have had three rounds of carbo/taxol/avastin. I have a scan tomorrow.

So I was instructed to have an Ultrasound on my first day of the cycle to make sure there are no
cysts
on my remaining ovary. I got the all clear and I was super excited to start my first ever IVF cycle.

Hi I have recently been diagnosed after suffering bleeding problems and
cysts
on & off for about 20 years. The recent MRI showed that I have a significant nodule on my bowel so if I opt for a hysterectomy then they will haev to do a bowel re-section.

Is the end in sight???
In addition previous scans had also noted more scattered Endo which appeared to be fused to my sigmoid colon (also fibroids and
cysts
on my ovary) Due to what has felt like ridiculously long NHS wait times I finally had a laparoscopy in Oct 23, no significant issues with fusion of Endo and a plan for
