Second opinion

So I asked for a second opinion on my results, as I was previously told (and consented for removal) I had a cyst on my left ovary, post op paperwork all said right ovary. Second gynaecologist said because the cyst was so big, the scan wouldn't be able to pick up what side it was actually on. Has that happened to anyone else? He also said that now the cyst has been removed, my endometriosis might be classed as Stage 2 instead of Stage 3?! But it won't increase to Stage 4. I find it very confusing! He wouldn't really say what would happen if I had more cysts, because my original surgeon said they wouldn't operate again in case it damages the ovaries. So what happens to these cysts? *It was a chocolate cyst btw
