Adeno diagnosis...I think? Should I still have a lap???
I keep being told small
cysts
/fibroids shouldnt be painful but if there are a couple in the same area could it be? The swelling is on the posterior of my womb, which may account for feeling of pressure on my bladder?

I have had lots of ovarian
cysts
before and a lot of the time they twist etc. and it’s always caused me a lot of pain. My question is if it is endo in my ovary could there be endo hiding behind my womb etc. like would it be hidden in other places aswell as in my ovary?

How was your Ovarian cancer diagnosed?
My ultrasound showed 2 small
cysts
on ovaries and some 'echos' originating from ovaries themselves. Consequently, my GP put me on the 2 week referral pathway to see an oncologist gynae. So the Women's Hospital phoned me today with a appointment, to get another ultrasound and see a normal Gynae.

Hysterectomy & bowel re-section advice
Hi I have recently been diagnosed after suffering bleeding problems and
cysts
on & off for about 20 years. The recent MRI showed that I have a significant nodule on my bowel so if I opt for a hysterectomy then they will haev to do a bowel re-section.

Suspected Endometriosis
I had a pelvic MRI done, I was told my bowels have shifted/lowered and I have a lot of fibroids and
cysts
which is normal. There was also a large grey area which he was unsure if it was endometriosis.

The other ovary has
cysts
.. I have omental caking, pleural effusion and enlarged lymph nodes. I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has had a similar diagnosis and can maybe give me some hope. I was diagnosed in April and have had three rounds of carbo/taxol/avastin. I have a scan tomorrow.

Cysts
not uncommon for me. Was this cyst a follicle all along ? Who knows ?! I was also told my progesterone would be too high for fresh transfer ?

progesterone only pill
I’m reluctant for a hysterectomy/oopherectomy so was thinking of asking about surgery to unstick everything and excision of
cysts
and endo cells and then go on the mini pill. What are other’s experiences of this? Any thoughts welcome good and bad. Thanks

Don't want to go back on the pill/more surgeries! Deep infiltrating endo on bowel and uterine polyp removed recently for heavy bleeding.
I am 45 years old, had a laparoscopy excision surgery to remove multiple chocolate
cysts
on my ovaries when I was 28. Been on the pill ever since until 4 months ago.

Advice needed
Ca 125 raised and a USS showed
cysts
on both ovaries. CT scan shows this is no longer contained to the ovaries and has spread onto the abdominal wall. Awaiting an appointment with the specialists. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you

potential endo diagnosis
My dr was concerned about appendix, ectopic pregnancy,
cysts
or potential bowel issues as Crohn’s disease is in my family. The pain continued and worsened, lasting over a month and went from diahorrea to constipation.

feeling a little lost
I had a lap to have it removed and once inside they seen
cysts
and endo which was what was the cause of the pain nothing to do with the appendix. I’ve suffered with heavy bleed and terrible pain with my periods since I’ve been about 15 I’m now 31.
