She was able to look at my notes and confirmed the Cystoscopy in June showed most of the quadrants with no tumour - Hence the change from high grade to low grade.

Besides my COPD and heart problems I have Bladder Cancer which is Hight Grade, Six weeks ago I had a Rigid cystoscopy to see how my last ditch treatment on BCG would go and told, would be the last time I could have that. I had heard nothing and was 6 weeks ago Sunday.

At best and I would settle for this, would mean BCG every 3-4 months followed by a Cystoscopy or TURBT. Why was I not told before by my consultant !!!

I am awaiting an appt for a cystoscopy to rule that side of things out. Also awaiting a nephrology appt. Meanwhile diagnosed as type 2 diabetic and about to start a total meal replacement scheme in February.

So today my husband went back to original urologist for another cystoscopy and to discuss treatment options for his urinary retention as many things we have read/seen indicate it is absolutely fine to treat the BPH first.

After the op which is a Diagnostic cystoscopy and a biopsy in four quadrants of my bladder. Then the consultant and MDT will then decide what they think should happen next .......

Hi everyone, I had a cystoscopy done during a surgery for endometriosis under general and the report says 'petichiae seen on double fill' and a question of Interstitial Cystitis. They took a biopsy and that shows 'a few scattered mast cells' but reports 'negative for significant inflammation'.

This is done via a cystoscopy and they will take 4 biopsies as well as checking what is what . If they find anything they will probably take it out, like they did in September 2021 - Then a treatment plan after biopsies will happen.

The coil also caused me to have pain after passing urine so I had a cystoscopy which was clear.

Never had an issue for 30+ years but after undergoing a Rigid cystoscopy to check why I was having urinary issues I started to notice after a week or so after the procedure when going to the toilet that my penis had shrunk and was more limp to touch when in a flacid state, almost like it has died!

We were sent to a pediatric urologist who, after a cystoscopy, discovered a reflux from the bladder to the kidney and a malformed ureter. A kidney function test revealed that our son has a kidney that is only functioning at 24%.

A recent cystoscopy revealed that one end of one of the four implants used was in my bladder (rare occurrence) which has started to 'crust' and a stone has formed which has now been lasered and the rogue implant removed.

I then had a cystoscopy and stent for two months which was sheer agony. During this time I was also diagnosed with colitis and started HRT evorel 50 sequi. Months passed and my periods became irregular with severe pain. So advised to have a Mirena.

Cystoscopy is clear. Waiting on gynae now. I read somewhere that there can be a link with uti's too? So... I haven't felt well most of my life really because even before dx of things, from the age of 17 I've had back problems. Have suffered with a lot of pain in my life.

My first six monthly Cystoscopy after getting the all clear from bladder cancer in January showed that the cancer was back with a vengeance. So on Monday I'll be undergoing a Radical Cystectomy. I'm OK and positive with the outlook of living without a bladder and lots of other bits .

Now it's a matter of waiting for my next 'Cystoscopy' to see if my treatment thus far has helped - They will take 4 biopsies at the same time.

If my cystoscopy in 6 weeks shows the BCG has worked, then I will be on maintenance BSG treatments twice a year followed by other cystosopy's If the BCG has not worked - I am open to all options, for example Radical RT with Chemo - rather than Radical Cystoscopy which is not really for me.

A Cystoscopy op is dangerous taking 6 hours and requiring Intubation with bladder removal.- -Prostate and Lymph Nodes removed .

I was in such a state I didnt realise I was signing for a dilation as well and that hurt like hell. That will teach me to take things more calmly. The consultant was old school and that is what they did in the bygone days. I wish I had stuck with the NHS now and I wouldn't be in this state. I hope
