I am a 64 year old woman and I was diagnosed with PBC in 2012. I had high LFT's and it was confirmed with a liver biopsy. I was put on URSO and my LFT'S came down. About 2 years ago my numbers went way up. I have been very fortunate as I don't experience the itching or extreme fatigue. My gastroenterologist

Persistent PSA after RARP. Rapid rising in one year from 0,33 to 19,7 and then falling without treatment to 11,4 in 7 month!
Then I got
cystitis
(4/17), I believe from my heavy urethral stricture and 5 bladder stones, diameter about 1 cm, which the doctors found out close to the operation. They looked for cancer, I did a in bore biopsy, three stitches, that's how I wanted it, two made it to G4, the third was a failure.

Uncomfortable feeling in pelvic floor and penis
Occasionally, I suffer
cystitis
-like symptoms - it burns, stings and hurts when urinating. After urinating, it feels like fireworks are going off in the urethra and perineum - burning, tingling and spasms. But momentarily, there is a sense of relief; a release of pressure.

The newly middle aged recruited nurse told me mid-March that for : - the endo: nothing could be done - repetitive
cystitis
: nothing could be done - menopause: not much can be done. This is called medical care. By so called qualified GPs and nurse.

Private biofeedback for anismus in the UK
I wonder if anyone can help me. I was diagnosed with anismus over a year ago and I really want to try biofeedback but have been on a waiting list for six months only to discover I was never on it. Really desperate now so I want to go private. Does anyone know where I can access it in Devon. If not Kent

Vulvodynia
Hi everyone, I've been suffering from vulvodynia for about 2.5 years now, which is the same length as my relationship so we've only experienced pain-free sex once. When it started, I thought I was getting a UTI because I hadn't that long ago been stuck in a cycle of UTIs, antibiotics, and thrush. However

For any of you with pelvic pain, bladder issues, or any kind of vulval pain please read this - I am hoping it may help someone :-)
I was then put onto the 'interstitial
cystitis
' diet, cutting out all acidic foods in a hope that I would notice I had bladder allergies to certain foods. This also didn't make a difference and I was back to square one. I discharged myself from the Urologist and went back to the drawing board.

Recovery time for bladder after a laparoscopy?
I didn’t have to be catheterised in the hospital as I spoke to my consultant at length regarding this as I have interstitial
cystitis
and was worried a catheter would cause some major issues. And actually I was able to pass urine fine after the surgery and am still able to now.

Kidney involement?
In the morning, not having drunk during the night, I am having
cystitis
symptoms and back passage irritation. From 8.30 until 10 am drank one litre of water per half hour, believing that my mucus membranes are MEGA dry.

Does being allergic to antibiotics act as a precursor to GCA ?
I am new to GCA and was most interested in the notes on antibiotics.I am 83, have been in excellent health until now, except that I found over the years I was allergic to 9 different antibiotics mainly given me for
cystitis
or dental treatment over the years.

Possible endo? Chronic Pelvic pain but no one will take me seriously!
My pelvic pain started 2 years ago and the third doctor I saw told me a list of things it could be (endo,PCOS, institial
cystitis
,fibroids..) but she suggested it could be tight pelvic muscles.

Abdominal cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome
Conventional pain killers do not work for me and I am in constant persistent pain, often acute. I am currently taking CBD oil and have the prescribed drug Tapentadol neither of which have any significant effect in pain reduction. Has anybody got any experience with LDN for this condition?

Urine infection treatments for AF sufferers
Hi all, last year I suffered with a urine infection and in desperation went to the chemist and bought some sodium citrate (popular remedy for symptoms for
cystitis
). Within literally one minute of drinking it I was in full blown AF.
