Urine infection treatments for AF sufferers
Hi all, last year I suffered with a urine infection and in desperation went to the chemist and bought some sodium citrate (popular remedy for symptoms for
cystitis
). Within literally one minute of drinking it I was in full blown AF.

AFib and Antibiotics
Now have
cystitis
with yet another antibiotic. This latest antibiotic has I think brought on AFib again. I had my 2nd Ablation at St Barts on October 29th 2018. Can anyone reassure me please, your advice is always a comfort.

Is it Endo ???
I’ve also over the years suffered periods of ridiculous urinary frequency and pelvic pain and been told I didnt have UTI or
cystitis
. But I always got fobbed off with antibiotics for years until became allergic to many of them . No investigation into this was ever made .

My bowel is giving up! Is this common with lupus patients?
The first is interstitial
cystitis
which can be debilitating and the second is chronic constipation. I had the beginninga of these way back when I was eventually diagnosed with lupus but I was so ill systemically that they paled into insignificance. Now however, both are difficult to handle.

MGUS
Hi just wondering if anyone else here as a diagnosis of MGUS, as been reading it can be common among people with underactive thyroid. Any information would be appreciated. Also have nerve damage but specialist doesn't think it's connected. Thanks in advance.

5 years after Cyberknife and doctor wants to TURP: transurethral resection of the prostate. Anybody been there?
I'm not so much looking for advice as I'm interested in people's positive or negative experiences with TURP; particularly if you've had this done after experiencing sbrt and radiation
cystitis
or problems.

My experience with IC
I wanted to share my experience with Interstitial
Cystitis
. I am a 20-year old female and it has been 2 years since I was diagnosed. To say the least, it is a rather difficult journey just in trying to receive a diagnosis let alone to find a treatment that works for you.

Time off work. Help
Hi all. I had a cystoscopy and hysteroscopy a week and a half ago in which I was diagnosed with bladder pain syndrome. They filled my bladder up and found abnormal bleeding. I have also previously had a lad for endometriosis. I am due to go to work tommorow but my bladder really hurts and stings feel

UTI?
I’m hoping someone can offer me some insight. Apologies in advance for the long post. On 14th December I went to the doctor with a suspected UTI. She did the dip test and said it was positive and gave me a prescription for amoxicillin. My symptoms improved then returned after Christmas so I went back

radiation cystitis after SRT?
Has anyone developed radiation
cystitis
after SRT? If so, what did you do to relieve the pain? This showed up 4-5 months after RT --- MRI, and cystotomy have been done, all looked normal. Tramadol provides relief - the pain is not constant - mostly during the waking hours of the day. thanks

I pudendale nerve pain but I also have lots of urinary urgency. I feel like I have to pee around the clock even right after I really do pee. So I am wondering

Drug interaction
I had been to my GP feeling odd,I had had
cystitis
for 3 days . She was very thorough and did urine , Bp and pulse check. After prescribing an antibiotic , She sent me straight to A and E . There I was prioritised, fantastic service!
